Job
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls from our database to efficiently schedule appointments for advisors.
Answer inbound calls to assist customers with payment processing, resolving issues, answering questions, and assisting in bringing delinquent accounts current.
Engage in phone-based selling activities to promote our services.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives.
Required Skills:
Excellent phone etiquette and a genuine enjoyment of scheduling appointments in a high-volume environment.
Flexibility to work some Saturdays and evenings to accommodate customer needs.
Proficiency in basic computer skills to navigate various systems and tools.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to multiple new systems.
Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
