Familiarity with proper cleaning and sanitizing procedures in a restaurant setting - Culinary skills:
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, including dough preparation, sauce application, and pizza assembly - Strong math skills:
Ability to perform calculations for recipe measurements, portion sizes, and inventory management Please note that previous experience in a pizza restaurant or similar food is required we are seeking applicants with at least 2 years of pizza experience.
