- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability - Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the business - Lead and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective sales and marketing strategies - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders - Monitor and analyze financial performance, including profit loss statements - Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity - Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business goals Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, project management, and leadership roles - Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in strategic planning and decision-making - Ability to analyze financial data and make informed business decisions - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines - Knowledge of process improvement methodologies is a plus Note:
