Operating in nine counties, WME provides life-sustaining equipment to its patients, including but not limited to oxygen equipment and supplies, wheelchairs, and hospital beds.

The Customer Service Representative is an integral part of the office staff whose primary responsibility is to provide exemplary customer service while maintaining accurate documentation.
Responsibilities include:
Handles telephone calls, distributes and documents the information appropriately Receives incoming orders for equipment and documents accordingly as well as contacting appropriate field personnel Updates and maintains patient and equipment records using sales order database system Communicates with referral sources on an ongoing basis Filing of billing and clinical information Performs other duties as assigned Required
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED Experience in customer service Experience in an office setting Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience in medical billing and/or healthcare Experience in sales order intake and distribution Note that there is a company-wide ban on smoking.
Work hours are from 8am to 5pm with one hour for lunch.
