Life Remembered Life Remembered Jeannette, PA Jeannette, PA $17 - $18 an hour $17 - $18 an hour 2 days ago 2 days ago 2 days ago The Interment Coordinator serves an integral role in the daily operations of burials across the entire Life Remembered organization.
The position will take all first-calls for burials across the company and relay the information through the company's information systems to the on-site park staff for verification and finalization of the interment.
From there, the Interment Coordinator will monitor the statuses of interments through to completion and will be a contact and resource for customers/funeral directors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Manage all incoming calls for burials (interments) across all company locations and record the information promptly and accurately in the company's information system.
Ensure all interments adhere to company standards and processes.
Audit all interments following completion in the company's information system.
Coordinate data collection on funeral follow-ups to ensure proper lead management and follow-up.
Send post-interment satisfaction surveys to next-of-kin to ensure quality of service standards are met across the company.
Send hand-written cards to next-of-kin 3-4 weeks after the interment.
Manage incoming casket delivery requests and liaison with delivery personnel to ensure deliveries are made on-time and efficiently.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and /or ability required.
Customer service experience, especially phone-based, is preferred.
Project management or administrative support experience is preferred.
Experience in a scheduling or logistics role is highly preferred.
Strong organizational abilities required.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
