Responsibilities:
All internships consist of three components:
Individual projects to own and complete for real world hands-on experience;
Busy work (so you dont get bored);
Exposure to the day-to-day responsibilities of Elliott engineers and company leadership including participation in company and customer meetings and job shadowing.
Interns are required to prepare and present an end of summer presentation summarizing their projects and learning experiences.
This individual will be responsible for marketing projects in our Industrial Products sector.
Qualifications:
Candidates should be completing their sophomore or junior year of college.
Students should have a strong work ethic and desire to learn and apply their engineering training. Interns are expected to take ownership of projects and work independently with minimal direct supervision. Must be willing to offer fresh perspectives and share practical solutions to resolve engineering issues. Strong database management and programming skills are desired for many internship assignments.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
